POLICY
For over 40 years, CARIE has been a pioneer for the rights of older adults through policy advocacy at the state and national level
Case to Cause
CARIE identifies the need for changes in long term care through the individuals we work with across direct service programs. Policy work is accomplished through education, convening key stakeholders in the field of aging, by influencing legislation. Over the 40+ years pursuing this mission, CARIE has responded to ~1,000 House and Senate Bills and changed the lives of countless older adults.
