CARIE LINE
As CARIE's most expansive and impactful program, the CARIE LINE serves to ease the strenuous burden related to a multitude of issues affecting older adults.
Navigating and understanding the health care and long-term care systems and other challenges of aging can be difficult, cumbersome, and stressful. We're here to help.

About: CARIE LINE

CARIE LINE's signature service is phone-based assistance to older adults and the family members and professionals who care for them. CARIE LINE advocates apply an empowerment, client-centered approach to help callers better understand, navigate, and resolve their most challenging issues - a full myriad of concerns including housing, healthcare, financial resources, long term care, and more.
Assistance ranges from education and information about community resources to in- depth exploration of health insurace options and direct advocacy with large public and private systems. CARIE LINE supplements its personal assistance with community outreach and education about a range of aging issues and identifies systemic barriers facing older adults for CARIE's broader-scope advocacy agenda.
